Do I need to book the consultation before starting a programme?
Yes. The initial consultation (₹1,000) comes first. Praksha will review your full health history and recommend the right programme for your condition and goals. There is no commitment to enrol after the consultation.
Is the consultation fee included in the programme price?
No. The ₹1,000 consultation fee is separate and paid before programme enrolment. Programme pricing starts from ₹24,000 for 3 months.
Why does pricing say “starting from”?
The base price applies to most clients. For complex chronic conditions - such as advanced kidney disease (CKD), multiple simultaneous conditions, or cases requiring intensive daily adjustments - pricing may be higher. Praksha will advise the exact fee after your consultation.
How does the daily plan work?
Praksha sends your personalised nutrition plan every evening for the following day via WhatsApp. You follow it the next day and share your weight and feedback. The plan is adjusted daily based on your progress.
Do I need to buy special or expensive foods?
No. Plans are built around regional food and ingredients from your local market. If you are based abroad, plans are adapted to what is available in your region.
What happens if I travel or have a festival during the programme?
Praksha adjusts the plan for travel, festivals, and functions. You will receive specific travel and function guidelines so you can stay on track without missing out.
Is this available for international clients?
Yes. Clients in Dubai, Nigeria, the US, Canada, Australia, UK, Singapore, and the Netherlands are currently on the programme. International clients typically receive weekly batches of 7-day plans to accommodate grocery shopping schedules.
